This Privacy Statement covers http://www.deltagroup-travel.com/ and http://dgrouptravel.etour.gr/ta/index.cfm . http://dgrouptravel.etour.gr/ta/index.cfm is the online booking platform of DeltaGroup-Travel.

DeltaGroup-Travel collects information that you voluntarily provide to us on the Website. The types of personal identifying information that may be collected on the Website are customer name, names of companion travelers, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), date of birth, passport information, credit card and payment information etc. Non-personal data that you voluntarily provide to us may be collected on the Website during your usage of the site.
Children and individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or make purchases on our site.

1.3 Use of Information
DeltaGroup-Travel gathers, stores, and processes the personal identifying information in order to respond to requests for travel products and services and to improve the Website and services. DeltaGroup-Travel may share your information with its authorized technology, marketing and service providers. However, DeltaGroup-Travel does not sell, share, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for promotional purposes. The suppliers of travel inventory (hotels, cruise lines, etc.) that receive your information may have privacy policies that are different than this Privacy Policy. Our credit card processing uses your personal identifying information solely to facilitate the completion of your travel booking.
We may share your information you provide, including personal identifying information, with third parties in a legal proceeding, when there is reasonable to believe that illegal or fraudulent activity has or may occur, and/or in certain corporate transactions provided the recipients of the data in these transactions are contractually obligated to abide by this or a similar Privacy Policy.
Non-personal information may be linked to your personal identifying information and provided to authorized, third parties to improve our Website and service.
DeltaGroup-Travel may automatically collect statistics about your visit to the Website when you visit the Website without registering. This information does not identify you as an individual and it is intended to gather information about your visit to our Website. The types of information that may be collected is your IP address, pages visited on the Website, addresses of websites visited that are linked to our Website or which we have a relationship, and similar information. This information is collected through the use of tracking technologies such as log files and web beacons.

1.4 Control of Information
Personal identifying information does not have to be revealed when you visit the Website. Nevertheless, DeltaGroup-Travel may collect data about your use of the Website; this data will be anonymous and will not be linked to any Personal identifying information unless that information is provided voluntarily. This information is collected to help us improve our Website and service.
DeltaGroup-Travel may use other technologies to enable us to recognize you when you visit our site again and to measure the effectiveness of our Website. You may instruct your computer not to accept cookies. Our cookies are linked to Personal identifying information.
Personal identifying information that you voluntarily provide to DeltaGroup-Travel when you register with us can be edited or removed by accessing the Member section on our Website by logging into http://dgrouptravel.etour.gr/ta/index.cfm and changing your personally identifying information. We may retain travel records for six (6) months after a request for removal to ensure that the any existing travel arrangements are concluded and/or if we are legally required to retain the records. If you provide DeltaGroup-Travel with additional Personal identifying information, such as travel provider membership numbers or ticketing preferences, we may retain that information. This information may be edited or removed, as well. You can also send an email to info@deltagroup-travel.com to have your Personal identifying information changed.

1.5 Communication
You will receive transaction or service related communications from the Website when you purchase travel products and services through our Website.
You may choose at any time during the registration process to Unsubscribe and choose not to receive promotional communications that DeltaGroup-Travel feels may interest you. You may choose to unsubscribe and not receive future promotional communications by accessing the unsubscribe link on an email received by DeltaGroup-Travel.

1.6 Confidentiality and Security
The security of your Personal identifying information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal identifying information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal identifying information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
When you click on any links on our Website, you leave our Website and enter the website of a third party. Your visit to these third party websites are governed by their privacy and security policies (if any applies) of those third party sites. 3. Master Terms & Conditions
3.1 Introduction
The website http://www.deltagroup-travel.com/ and/or the XML (http://dgrouptravel.etour.gr/ta) connectivity between you, the Client and DeltaGroup-Travel, is provided to you by DeltaGroup-Travel (“DGT) subject to the terms and conditions herein, as amended from time to time (Mater Terms) and the terms of your Client Agreement with DGT. You should read and understand these Terms in their entirety before entering into any transactions on the Site. You agree to the Terms, without limitation, as amended from time to time, when you use the Site in any manner. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you should not use the Site. In event of a conflict between these Terms and the Client Agreement, the terms of the Client Agreement shall prevail.

3.2 General Information regarding use of site and XML

i. You must be able to legally enter into a binding contract with DGT. The Binding Contract is provided upon discussion for cooperation.
ii. You must read these Terms each time you use the Site because they are continuously changing and reviewed without prior notice.
iii. You must use this Site only to get information about the Services Inventory offered by DGT (Database) so that you may purchase the Services offered on the Site. Services inventory may include accommodation options (Accommodation), Rent a Car, Chauffeuring, Boat rental and Excursions. You must not violate any regulations, laws or statutes when you use this Site.
iv. You must read DGT’s Privacy Policy as refered in Chapter 1 of this document and agree with all clauses. Information that you send to DGT by email is not confidential and DGT is under no obligation to refrain from allowing such communication to be published.
v. Your use of the Site is subject to the limited, revocable license that DGT provides to you and as described below. Your use of the Site must not adversely affect the Site or DGT’s computer systems and networks.
vi. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DGT, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, cause of action or demand, loss, fine, penalty, or cost, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, as a result of your breach of these terms and/or your violation of any law or rights of third parties with respect to your use of this site.
vii. DGT may change the Database, the Terms, and/or the Privacy Policies at any time, without notice to you. In addition, DGT does not guarantee the availability of the Site to you or that it will be virus free.
viii. The inclusion or offering of any Accommodation on this Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such Accommodation and DGT does not guarantee or warrant that the Accommodation has been evaluated and/or that travel to particular destinations are advisable or without risk. DGT is not liable for any issues or losses that arise from travel to particular destinations offered on the Site. Usage of links to third party Sites is at your own risk since these links are provided for your reference only.
ix. DGT makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding the site and/or any data, software, materials, information, products, Services inventory, and/or operation of the site all of which are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You expressly agree that the use of this site is at your sole risk. DGT expressly disclaims any representation or warranty, express or implied that the site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or virus-free. The information, software, products, and Services inventory on this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, DGT disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. The suppliers of Services inventory on the site are independent contractors, not agents of DGT (suppliers). DGT is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or loss, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter, resulting therefrom. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers of the Services inventory. DGT, its officers, directors, and/or employees will not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential loss, claim, injury and/or damage arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of this site, or for any data or Accommodation obtained through this site, or for any use of or exposure to the interactive forums on the site, or any failure or delay, or the performance or nonperformance by DGT or its suppliers, whether based on contract, strict liability, or otherwise, even if DGT and/or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of any loss, claim, injury and/or damage. DGT’s liability for each Accommodation transaction, is limited to the amount you paid to DGT for such Accommodation. In the event of a finding of liability against DGT, you acknowledge and agree, that liability shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid for the Accommodation in connection with such liability and (b) Euros 150,000,00 .

3.3 Information regarding the Accommodation module on the site
xi. The Site provides the specific conditions, rules, and qualifications relating to the Accommodation options. Your use of the Site is confirmation that you accept and understand these conditions, rules and qualifications.
xii. Special requests relating to Accommodation are ultimately controlled by the Suppliers, not the site provider itself. DGT will use its best efforts to have the Suppliers fulfill your requests for special needs. You must personally confirm, on a timely basis, the Supplier’s ability to meet special needs requests from the feedback acquired from the final clients. Unless stated otherwise at the time of your purchase of Accommodation, DGT will not award or handle any requests for service requests for Back to back bookings, upgrades, and other types of discounts.
xiii. Everything inside the Database, including but not limited to availability and pricing for Accommodation, is subject to amendment without notice prior to booking by you and confirmation by DGT. DGT does not check the accuracy of all information provided by Suppliers, and DGT will not honor purchases of Accommodation which you knew, or should have known, would lead to an unwarranted result (e.g. one week boat chartering for 1€).
xiv. DGT is entitled to accept or reject your request to purchase Accommodation at any time and/or for any legal reason or for no reason. In the event that DGT accepts your request to purchase Accommodation, DGT will confirm the purchase after your affirmation that you will abide by these Terms, the Privacy Policies, and the conditions and rules relating to your specific purchase.
xv. It is your responsibility to provide DGT with accurate information relating to the purchase at the time of your request, and to provide any updates to the information.
xvi. Star ratings, mapping locations and other data provided on this Site, including without limitation, photographs and descriptions, are for your reference only and generally provided by the actual Supplier of the Accommodation. DGT does not review or guarantee the accuracy of this data.
xvii. Additional policies relating to cancellations, changes, amendments, no shows, late or early arrivals, and similar situations are provided to you at the time of your purchase. You accept these policies by use of this Site and your purchase of Accommodation. You must direct all issues relating to Accommodation to DGT at the time you and/or your client know or should know of any issues. You must inform your clients/guests to contact you so that you can timely report issues to DGT.
xviii. Supplier’s rules, restrictions, and conditions may limit the use of the Accommodation. For example, there are minimum age restrictions and/or identification requirements for you to check into a hotel room. It is your obligation to review the Site and the Accommodation option Supplier’s rules, restrictions and conditions provided on the Site.
xix. The prices on the Site clearly indicate the Accommodation option purchased. It is your or your clients’ obligation to pay for additional services and/or products. Such additional services/products include, but are not limited to, resort fees, rollaway beds, meals, personal services, insurance, etc.
xx. You may not use this Site for the purchase of Accommodation for Groups. A “Group” is defined as more than 5 hotel rooms. DGT may cancel your reservation without notice and/or liability if you violate this rule.
xxi. Your violation of any of the Terms herein or of the Suppliers rules, restrictions and conditions may result in the cancellation of your purchase with no refund, unless specifically noted otherwise within these Terms.


3.4 Additional Accommodation Information
xxii. Accommodation cancellation policies vary per reservation and will be disclosed during the booking process and prior to your approval of the reservation. The applicable cancellation policies will be printed on your reservation voucher.
xxiii. A fee consisting of at least one night stay will be assessed for no shows without cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to check-in date at 3 p.m. (local hotel time).
xxiv. All cancellations and amendments must be made online by the client. DGT must receive requests for cancellations or amendments of booking within the time frames provided through the Service, or if Client is not receiving time frames through the Service, within the time frames set by the supplier or DGT. Cancellations and change requests and complaints made directly to the Supplier will not be reviewed by DGT.
xxv. Cancellations, change requests, and complaints must be reported to dgt at +30 2310555529. All complaints must be made when you or the final customer knew or should have known about the substance of the complaint (i.e. check in date for hotels, pick up of vehicle for vehicle rental, and embarkation time for cruises). DGT will not be liable for any issue that could have been resolved during the Consumer’s use of Accommodation option, if the service supplier had been put on notice of the issue by the Consumer or the Client.
xxvi. In the rare instance where you need to contact us after the Consumer uses the Accommodation, you should contact DGT by calling Operator’s customer service center at +30 2310555529 or by contacting Operator’s customer service center by emailing at info@deltagroup-travel.com and provide all of the documentation substantiating your complaint. Complaints must be sent to DGT within 45 days after you use the Accommodation (or when you were scheduled to use the Accommodation). If you fail to submit documentation in a timely manner, DGT will not respond to the complaint.
xxvii. All issues that are not resolved during use of service and requests for discounts and/or deductions due to complaints or claims must be presented in writing to DGT within forty-five (45) calendar days after check-out or end of service, including no-shows. These issues must be reported to DGT via email and must have the appropriate documentation attached. DGT will determine the validity of all requests for discounts and/or deductions. Client acknowledges that complaints made after use of Accommodation may have limited or no resolution.
xxviii. Early departures by the Final Customer may require Client to pay for all nights as originally booked and/or early check-out fee/late cancellation penalty in addition to the actual number of nights consumed. In the case of an early departure, the Consumer must obtain from the hotel a written confirmation of the departure date and time. If the Consumer is not able to obtain this documentation from the hotel, the Consumer must call DGT prior to check-out for assistance. If the Consumer does not obtain written early departure confirmation and does not contact DGT as noted above, DGT may charge additional service fee to research and inquire about a refund for unused nights on behalf of the Consumer.
xxix. Age restrictions apply to reservation of hotel rooms. Review of the Site is required for specific age restrictions relating to each reservation.
xxx. A major credit card or cash deposit may be required upon guests’ check-in at a hotel.
xxxi. Rates quoted are per room total (unless otherwise stated); hotel taxes and service fees are disclosed at the time of reservation, if applicable. Unless specifically stated on your reservation, rates do not include meals.
xxxii. Star ratings for travel inventory are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by DGT. Our star ratings may consider objective criteria (for example, the presence or absence of facilities and services) and/or subjective criteria (for example, ambience and reputation). Our star rating for a hotel is not guaranteed to be equal to or consistent with the star ratings found through any other sources. Hotel descriptions and data are subject to change. DGT will make commercially reasonable effort to inform Client of the changes.
xxxiii. The information provided on the Site relating to mapping and distances is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by DGT of the location of the hotel.
xxxiv. Reservations and bookings of groups (defined as more than 5 hotel rooms) and/or conventions must be made directly with DGT’s Groups Department. DGT reserves to the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any reservations made on the Site which should have been referred to DGT’s Groups Department and/or charge purchasers’ credit card for any additional fees and costs related thereto.
xxxv. Requests for specific features (i.e. non-smoking facility, bedding type) are not guaranteed by DGT or Supplier. Requests for rollaway beds and cribs may result in additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
xxxvi. If supplier of hotel inventory cancels bookings due to supplier’s cessation of operations or transfer ownership of operations, DGT will provide (a) notice to Client of the cancellation of the booking by the supplier and (b) a list of alternative Accommodation options. The Client has the sole responsibility to notify the Consumer of the cancellation of the booking and, if desired, to book alternative accommodations. Any additional costs/fees related to the rebooking will be the responsibility of the client, not DGT. DGT will not charge any cancellation fees for the cancellation of bookings due to supplier’s cancellation of bookings due to cessation of operations or transfer of ownership.
xxxvii. Client acknowledges that hotels undergo renovations and construction from time to time. If a hotel is undergoing renovations while a Consumer is resident in the hotel, the Consumer and Client are not entitled to a refund. DGT will use reasonable efforts to inform Client of any renovation work.

3.5 Vehicle Rental (Rent a Car)

xxxviii. All rentals of vehicles through the Site are subject to the Suppliers terms and conditions which are provided to you when you pick up the vehicle.
xxxix. Requests for specific features (i.e. vehicle type) are not guaranteed by DGT or Supplier. Except clearly indicated in the site.
xl. A valid driver’s license and credit card is required at the time of pickup of the vehicle. The driver’s license and credit card must be in the name of the individual that reserved the vehicle for his/her use. Debit cards may not be accepted by Supplier.
xli. Age restrictions apply to rental of a vehicle. Unless stated otherwise, you must be 21 years of age (minimum 1 year with valid license) to rent a vehicle from Suppliers.
xlii. Rates quoted are based upon dates and times provided at the time of reservation, and rates may change depending upon actual time of pick up or drop off of the vehicle.
xliii. All issues that are not resolved during use of service and requests for discounts and/or deductions due to complaints or claims must be presented in writing to DGT within forty-five (45) calendar days after the day of the drop off.


3.6 Transfers

xliv. All transfers provided through the Site are subject to the Suppliers terms and conditions which are provided to you with after the booking.
xlv. Requests for specific features (i.e. vehicle type, add-ons) are not guaranteed by DGT or Supplier. For the vehicles indicated appropriate for disabled people, please ask more info upon booking.
xlvi. Rates quoted are based upon dates and times provided at the time of reservation.
xlvii. In the occasion of non-show the full amount will be charged.
xlviii. Cancellation policies apply to transfers.
xlix. The information provided on the Site relating to mapping, distances and time of travel is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by DGT.
l. All issues that are not resolved during use of service and requests for discounts and/or deductions due to complaints or claims must be presented in writing to DGT within forty-five (45) calendar days after the day of the transfer.
3.7 Sailing and Yachting

li. Rates quoted are per boat for total number of days.
lii. A valid passport/ID (with appropriate expiration date and Name details) is required at the time of embarkation. In case additional documents are required, you will be notified after the booking.
liii. Reservations and bookings of groups (defined as more than 5 boats) and/or conventions must be made directly with DGT’s Groups Department. DGT reserves to the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any reservations made on this which should have been referred to DGT’s Groups Department and/or charge purchasers’ credit card for any additional fees and costs related thereto.
liv. In the occasion of non-show the full amount will be charged.
lv. Cancellation policies apply to Boats. More information can be found for each boat at the site.
lvi. The information provided on the Site relating to mapping, distances and time of travel is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by DGT.
lvii. All issues that are not resolved during use of service and requests for discounts and/or deductions due to complaints or claims must be presented in writing to DGT within forty-five (45) calendar days after the day of disembarkation.

lviii. In the occasion of non-show the full amount will be charged.
lix. Cancellation policies apply to transfers.
lx. The information provided on the Site relating to mapping, distances and time of travel is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by DGT.
lxi. All issues that are not resolved during use of service and requests for discounts and/or deductions due to complaints or claims must be presented in writing to DGT within forty-five (45) calendar days after the day of the transfer.

3.8 Taxes, Service Fees, Payments and Pricing policy

lxii. The total price you see on the Site includes the rate per room price plus any taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking (the Price”); service fees that apply to your reservation are disclosed to you at the time of booking your reservation. The Hotel Fees may include, but are not limited to, hotel taxes owed by DGT to hotel, sales and use taxes, occupancy taxes, room taxes, excise taxes; value added taxes, and other similar taxes as well as service charges related to DGT’s service and fulfillment of your reservation. Generally, the Supplier, not DGT, is the vendor and collects remits hotel taxes to the applicable tax authorities wherever applicable. The service charge or fee imposed by DGT on your reservation is retained by DGT solely to service and fulfill your reservation requests.
lxiii. Fee imposed by the Supplier are not included unless specifically noted on your reservation confirmation. The guest must pay the Supplier directly for cribs, rollaway beds, resort fees, baggage fees, gratuities, meals and beverages, mini-bar snacks, shows, tours, tips, telephone calls, liquor, laundry, and other surcharges and purchases of a personal and/or supplementary nature which are not otherwise specified in the quoted rates or which are excluded from the Price. The Supplier will assess these additional fees, charges, and surcharges directly to the guest. All personal charges must be paid at the time of service, prior to departure from the hotel, or as designated by Supplier.
lxiv. DGT follows generally accepted practices for processing payments using credit cards. DGT provides your credit card information to a third party, for processing payments. Please refer to the Privacy Policy chapter for more detailed information regarding how we protect your personal information.
3.9 Customer Service

lxv. Your reservation may be subject to cancellation and change fees once we send you a confirmation notice. You will be informed of these cancellation and change fees at the time of booking (i.e. presented within the booking flow).
lxvi. Cancellations, change requests, and complaints must be reported to DGT at +30 2310555529. All complaints must be made when you know or should have known about the substance of the complaint (i.e. check in date for hotels, pick up of vehicle for vehicle rental, and embarkation time for Boats and Cruises). In the rare instance where you need to contact us after you use the Travel Service, you should contact DGT at either by calling customer service center at +30 2310 555529 or by contacting the dedicated Operator and provide all of the documentation substantiating your complaint. Complaints must be sent to DGT within 45 days after you use the Travel Service (or when you were scheduled to use the Travel Service). If you fail to submit documentation in a timely manner, DGT will not respond to the complaint.
lxvii. DGT will determine the amount, if any, of your refund based upon company, Supplier and industry standards. You will not receive a refund for unused, complimentary Travel Service. In the event that DGT is required to pay the Supplier for the Travel Service, DGT will not refund your payment.
lxviii. You must contact DGT, not the Supplier of Travel Service, for all customer service matters. The Supplier will cancel your reservation in the event that you do not check-in to a hotel on the first day; if you contact DGT to advise of a late arrival and DGT will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to remedy the situation directly with the Supplier.
lxix. The Suppliers do not necessarily have the appropriate special facilities and equipment to accommodate persons with special needs. Although DGT cannot guarantee the special Accommodation and equipment will be available, we will make requests on yo
